LIRW mourns the loss of treasured member
Dawn Thompson

Following a long illness, Dawn M. Thompson passed away on Friday, February 8, 2008.
Dawn Those who have enjoyed Dawn's company, benefitted from her wisdom, or lost themselves in her novels paid their respects Monday, February 11, 2008 at Sandles Funeral Home, Islip Terrace, NY. LIRW Chapter members gathered there to remember her, to pray with her rosary group, and to offer their condolences to the family. A touching funeral mass was held at St. Patrick's R.C. Church, BayShore, NY attended by family, friends, and professionals from the publishing community.

Though LIRW is comprised of writers, there is not one among us who can find the words to express how much Dawn was loves and how deeply she is missed.
